After payment is received, you will receive a registration confirmation and meeting information.
Conference registration fees include 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner and 2 receptions. See Hotel Information below for discounted room rate of $129 + taxes per night.
Conference cancellation policy
Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via email by September 24, 2018. Refund requests should be sent to Barbara Kirby at Enable JavaScript to view protected content.. A processing fee of $125 will be deducted.
No refunds will be made for any cancellations received after September 24, 2018.
Conference registration transfer
Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time. Please notify Barbara Kirby at Enable JavaScript to view protected content. before the meeting if such a change is made.
Hotel Information
The Coalition has reserved a block of rooms for the nights of October 23, 24, 25 at the Omni Austin Hotel Southpark, 4140 Governor’s Row, Austin, TX 78744, at a special, discounted rate of $129+tax per night. To qualify for the discounted rate, you must be registered for the conference. Hotel reservations must be made no later than Tuesday, October 9, 2018, to guarantee the discounted room rate. To make a reservation, call OMNI Reservations at 1-800-THE-OMNI and refer to the Yes We Must Coalition and the meeting name, or use the link https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/austin-southpark/meetings/yes-we-must-coalition. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation.
All attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges.
In the event a guest who has made a reservation checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the Omni Austin Hotel Southpark at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. Any guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be charged to the individual attendee’s credit card on file.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check out time is 12:00 noon.
The self-parking rate is complimentary. The current overnight valet rate is $12.00 per vehicle per night.
